THERAPY

Regina Mysliborski, LMHC

Regina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 10 years of experience providing support to individuals presenting with a range of mental health needs including trauma induced stress, anxiety, and depression. Regina has helped clients get to the root of their issues and work towards optimal functioning by identifying and building on their strengths rather than weaknesses; focusing on what is working as opposed to what is not working.  Regina’s therapeutic perspective is one of hope; hope that a person can identify, work towards, and reach their personal goals. Regina takes an individualized focus with each client in assisting them in this endeavor. Regina believes that everyone is capable of living their best life and is passionate in providing the support in that journey.

THERAPY

Katherine Budas, LMSW

Katherine Budas has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of clinical settings. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and a variety of mental health concerns.

A primary focus of Katherine’s work is mental health in sports. As a former athlete and coach, a lifelong sports fan, and a parent of youth athletes, she understands the unique pressures athletes face. She works with youth and adult athletes, parents, and coaches to address performance anxiety, burnout, confidence, identity development, injury recovery, and the impact of expectations both in sports and in everyday life.

Katherine’s professional background includes extensive experience in addiction and recovery, as well as supporting individuals and families impacted by interpersonal violence, high-conflict relationships, and complex trauma. These experiences have developed her trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to care.

She currently works as a school social worker, where she supports students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs while collaborating closely with families and school teams. Katherine strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in building balance and resilience in their lives.
